Due to problems in the past with people
providing lack of required notice of cancellation,
no shows & declined credit cards.
There is a $100 deposit required,
which will be applied to
your lodging when you check in.
At the time of check in, your remaining balance minus the $100
deposit will be charged.
Remaining balance due may be paid by cash or credit card.

multiple parties are interested in the same dates and same cabins;
then the
party that submits both the Reservation Request Form & $100 deposit will receive
the booking.

Log Cabin rates are based on
double occupancy and range from $95 to $135 per night with a
minimum of a 2 night stay required.
Guests may rent
cabin with or without kitchen.
Each cabin will comfortably sleep from two up to four people.
Rates subject to change without notice.
Cabins not available for check-in or check-out on Sunday's and Monday's
1-2 people w/out kitchen $95
3-4 people w/out kitchen $105
1-2 people with kitchen $125
3-4 people with kitchen $135
Weekly Rates:
1-2 people w/out kitchenette $550 (Savings $115)
3-4 people w/out kitchenette $650 (Savings $85)
1-2 people with kitchenette $700 (Savings $175)
3-4 people with kitchenette $800 (Savings $145)

Reservations are strongly recommended, especially during
peak seasons.
Two (2) cozy, clean & comfortable
single room luxury log cabin rentals available. NEWLY renovated Fall 2006.
Each with (2) queen size beds (pillow top mattresses), propane heat,
19" color TV's with DishNetwork satellite(180+ channels including locals).
Each cabin has it's own newly remodeled full private bathroom with full size
tub/shower, toilet and sink.
Cabins have that old west rustic charm, but are very modernized when it
comes to
amenities and comfort.
Amenities include comfortable pillow top mattresses, soft Egyptian cotton
towels.
You'll feel like royalty when you stay with us.
Both cabins are
Non-Smoking
and No Pets allowed.
We accept all major credit cards & cash (sorry, no checks accepted).

The cabin was awesome!
The beds were extremely comfortable, and it was a very cozy and rustic
environment. I couldn't believe we stayed in such a great place for such a

2/25-3/1/07: Great cabins & hospitality @ Sinclair. Awesome sledding even though
we thought we might have to spent the night on the mountain in a white out (in
the cabin area) As in the past we have enjoyed our stay in Cooke.

1/1/07 - Happy New Year! My husband & I have spent the new year in Cooke for
many years! This was the first year I was warm & cozy and had water presuure for

Cancellation must be made

to your stay with us
or you will be responsible to pay for your entire stay if we are unable to
rent your cabin.
Your $100 cabin deposit will be refunded ONLY if you provide appropriate
cancellation notice as previously explained.
If
there is
any damage
and/or extra cleaning in our
log cabins,
there may be an additional fee charged to your stay at our
discretion.
